Refund policy

We hope you love your order but we understand that sometimes things change. We therefore offer returns for up to 30 days from the date of your order if you wish to cancel provided the goods are in an unopened, undamaged condition. You don't need to provide a reason, but it helps us improve our business if you do. 

Refunds will be issued at the price paid, regardless of the current retail price. Flash sale items are eligible for return and refund in line with our usual return and refund policy. Flash sale discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, coupon or offer.

It is your responsibility to return the items and make sure they arrive unopened and undamaged - we can accept no responsibility until the items have been received at our premises. We therefore suggest sending the package by recorded mail and ensuring it is properly packed. Any returns where the products have been opened or damaged unfortunately cannot be refunded, and the return fee would not be refunded either.
